MAGNERI Terms of Service & Conditions of Sale

1. Limited Drop Inventory and Orders
 
Our products, specifically Founder Series: Drop 001, are manufactured in strict, limited-volume batches.
 

• Placing an item or bundle inside your digital cart does not reserve that item. Inventory is only secured once checkout is completed and a formal invoice confirmation email is generated.

• We reserve the complete right to limit or refuse any order placed with us if we suspect commercial reselling or fraudulent card activity.
   

2. Accuracy of Performance Metrics & Pricing
 
We make every effort to display our pricing, power/control/spin ratings, weight thresholds (±5g), and technical blueprints as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing errors, modify product descriptions, or adjust our pricing tiers at any time without prior notice.
 
3. Pre-Purchase Acknowledgement of Policies
 
By checking the mandatory agreement box before purchasing, you explicitly state that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Return and Refund Policy and 1-Year Limited Warranty guidelines. You explicitly acknowledge that:
 

• Paddles with broken, altered, or removed handle shrink-wrap cannot be returned for a refund.

• The exact cost of our provided return labels will be deducted directly from your final refund balance.
   

4. Intellectual Property Rights
 
All design assets, technical copy layout configurations, graphics, logos, product names (including MAGNERI, STRIKE, and FORMA), and product shapes displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of MAGNERI. Unauthorized replication, modification, or distribution of our media assets is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

MAGNERI shall not be held liable for any personal injury, structural property damage, or incidental equipment breakdown arising from the use or misuse of our paddles, balls, or gear on or off the court. Our total corporate liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase is strictly capped at the individual dollar amount you paid to purchase the specific product.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any transactional purchase agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with domestic trade laws, with all disputes handled under our local operational jurisdiction.
