Your game is personal. That's why every Magneri paddle comes with 30 days to decide if it's right for you.

​

Take your paddle to the court. Play real games. Test it against your current paddle. If it isn't the right fit for your game, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How It Works

​

• Your 30-day trial begins on the date your paddle is delivered.

• You are encouraged to play and use the paddle during the trial period.

• Normal signs of play, including ball marks, minor surface wear, and normal grip wear, are acceptable.

• If you decide the paddle isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate your return.

• Magneri will provide a prepaid standard return label for U.S. orders.

• Once the paddle is received and inspected, your full purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method.

• There are no restocking fees.

Exchanges

​

If the paddle isn't the right fit but you'd like to try the other Magneri model, you may request an exchange instead of a refund, subject to availability.

What's Not Covered

​

The Play Trial does not cover paddles that have been intentionally damaged, abused, structurally modified, or altered in any way. Damage resulting from throwing, striking the ground or other objects, improper use, or modifications is not considered normal play.

​

The 30-Day Play Trial is limited to one trial per customer per paddle model. Magneri reserves the right to refuse or limit returns that appear to be abusive or part of a repeated return pattern.
