• Pristine Condition Required: The paddle must be completely unused, with the original protective plastic shrink-wrap fully intact on the handle, and free of any ball marks, scuffs, or cosmetic wear.

• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience, and the actual cost of the label will be deducted from your final store credit/refund.

• Inspection: All returns undergo a rigorous multi-point inspection upon arrival. Items showing signs of court play or altered packaging will not be accepted.
