Magneri 1-Year Limited Warranty Policy
At Magneri, we design and manufacture our equipment to withstand the high-velocity demands of the modern competitive game.
We back our craftsmanship with a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original retail purchaser.
What This Warranty Covers:
Last Update: June 2026
This warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including:
-
Core Delamination: Complete separation or breakdown of the internal core bond from the carbon fiber face sheets.
-
Core Crushing: Premature internal structural collapsing under normal playing conditions (resulting in sudden, unresolvable "dead spots").
-
Handle Structural Failure: Snapping, loose structural components, or internal shifting originating inside the unibody handle mold during manufacturing.
-
Defective Trim Construction: Edge-guard separation due to faulty factory bonding agent application.
What This Warranty DOES NOT Cover:
Pickleball paddles naturally experience structural degradation over continuous play. This warranty does not cover:
-
Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches, cosmetic graphic fading, or minor paint chipping.
-
Edge-guard scrapes, dents, or cracking caused by scraping against asphalt or court surfaces.
-
Damage resulting from misuse, throwing, hitting objects other than a pickleball (such as court posts, nets, or other paddles), or clear physical abuse.
-
Paddles left exposed to extreme weather environments (such as vehicle trunks during freezing winters or high summers) that cause structural core warping.
-
Modifications made to the paddle post-purchase, including weighted lead tape application that compromises structural edges, or handle alterations.
How to File a Warranty Claim:
If you believe your paddle has sustained a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact our support team at support@magneri.com with the subject line: Warranty Claim - [Your Order Number].
Please include:
-
Your original Magneri order confirmation number or proof of purchase.
-
A brief description of the structural failure.
-
2–3 clear photos or a brief, well-lit video showing the defective area.
If approved, Magneri will, at its sole discretion, replace the defective paddle with a brand-new model of identical specifications.
