What’s Included:

• 1x The Strike Paddle: High-density core engineered for explosive drives, pop, and put-away power.

• 1x The Forma Paddle: 8mm handle foam-injected core engineered for plush dink control, resets, and high-dwell feel.

• Clean the Face: Use a specialized rubber paddle eraser periodically to pull ball plastic out of the 100-grit carbon weave. Never use liquid cleaners or harsh solvents.

• Avoid Extreme Heat: Do not leave your paddle in a hot car trunk; extreme heat can alter the properties of premium core components over time.

• Protect the Edge: Keep the paddle inside your Magneri Pro Backpack when not on the court to prevent accidental chipping on asphalt or hard surfaces.

• Free Domestic Shipping: Automatically applies to all orders over $75 (covers all paddles, backpacks, and bundles).

• Processing Time: Orders are securely packed and dispatched from our facility within 1–2 business days.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you immediately upon shipment so you can follow your delivery from our floor to your court.

Take your paddle to the court and test it in real games. If it’s not the right fit, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange—no restocking fees.

• Court Wear Allowed: Ball marks, minor surface scuffs, and light grip wear are 100% acceptable.

• Free U.S. Returns: Contact us within 30 days for a prepaid return label.

• What’s Not Covered: Paddles that have been intentionally damaged, abused, structurally modified, or altered in any way. Damage resulting from throwing, striking the ground or other objects, improper use, or modifications is not considered normal play. (Limit 1 trial per paddle model per customer).

• What is Covered: Genuine manufacturing defects, including core delamination, premature core crushing, internal structural shifting, or loose handle components resulting from factory assembly.

• What is Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, surface scuffs, graphic fading, edge-guard scrapes from court scraping, or structural damage caused by abuse, dropping, throwing, or hitting objects other than a pickleball.
